The Listening Room by Q Acoustics: A night to remember featuring Tim Burgess

This really was a special night of music and storytelling. Last month, like-minded music fans gathered at the intimate venue, The Forge within The Lower Third on London’s Denmark Street, for an evening of vinyl playback and chat with The Charlatans frontman and cultural custodian, Tim Burgess.

Tim, a self-confessed crate-digger and vinyl enthusiast, played an eclectic selection of tracks - all sounding superb through Q Acoustics’ flagship Concept 500 floorstanding speakers and Ethos SE cartridge from Goldring. He talked candidly about what the tracks meant to him, alongside stories from his stellar career in music. It truly was a memorable evening dedicated to the art of listening and community.
