The course is designed as the first step into project management and to give the custom installer the basics to run successful projects. Managing a project is not easy, they can run overtime, cost more or even worse! Small details are often overlooked but with careful and structured project management this can be kept to a minimum. Any project is only successful if the customer’s expectations have been reached. The one day course will dip into the vast subject of Project Management covering the essentials. Biased towards the custom installer we cover subjects ranging form scripting a scope statement, roles & responsibilities, communication, managing time, costs, quality, risks, changes and quality to closing the project. Although the course examples are based on custom installers the skills are transferable to any job role and can be applied to any project subject, anywhere. The course is an interactive discussion workshop - PC’s or similar equipment is not required.
