The IBMS solution links and manages the technologies deployed in both commercial and residential buildings and offers a seamless Facilities Management tool.

In addition Seven Seas has constructed it's own one bedroom apartment where all our smart homes solutions are deployed to enable Developers to actually view what is on offer and visualize the options available.
