Systemline introduces new Wireless TouchScreen at ISE 2009

Amsterdam and the RAI welcomed the Integrated Systems Europe Expo for the third consecutive year and was more popular than ever, featuring more exhibitors and crucially, increased attendees making this the most successful ISE show to date. The 120sqm Armour Home stand was packed and the meeting areas fully booked throughout the three day event, attracting visitors from Europe and beyond, plus despite the challenging weather conditions many from the UK.

Showcasing Systemline S6, Systemline Modular, Q Acoustics, Myryad and QED brands - each ISE show is seen as the platform for launching Armour's new product developments and this year was no exception. ISE 2009 saw the introduction of Systemline's fantastic new Wireless TouchScreen which was extremely well received. Admittedly these were working prototypes - the production versions are expected in August. The Wireless TouchScreen offers the same control with real-time two-way feedback and boasts the familiar, intuitive GUI as the TouchScreen - but now the control really is at your fingertips with this stylish, ergonomic unit in the palm of your hand. Effortless to use, the Wireless TouchScreen features an additional 'Room' interface allowing control of any selected zone (providing zone chosen and/or the zone where the Wireless TouchScreen is located, has a Zigbee receiver). ZigBee protocol provides the wireless connectivity for both the Systemline S6 and Modular systems.

Systemline's ongoing integration and development programme continues to grow, building on the introduction of KNX control at last year's ISE, this year saw further lighting control integration with Dynalite and Clipsal joining Lutron. Further enhancing both Systemlilne S6 and Systemline Modular as systems that go 'beyond multi-room entertainment'.
