New Build Sales Manager

Reporting to: Channel Director – Custom Install
Location: Field Based
Salary: £TBA + Comms

The New Build Sales Manager is responsible for sales through the specification sales channel with property developers, architects, M&E contractors being the main influencers for this activity. All sales take place through a network of installers with accounts directly managed by the New Build Sales Manager. The New Build Sales Manager will be responsible for undertaking this activity, and achieving sales and profit targets, ensuring account and product management takes place effectively to support this.

Main Duties:

  • Achieving sales and profit targets for the new build sector
  • Managing a number of accounts the operate primarily in the new build market
  • Managing a number of brands that sell in the new build market
  • Reporting monthly to the CI Channel Director and Armour Board on key activities and forward plans
  • Forecasting sales monthly
  • Maintaining a project database

Requirements:

  • Sales driven and motivated individual with experience leading or working as a key part of a field based sales team
  • Clear understanding of the new build and custom installation sectors
  • Knowledge of the Armour Home product range.
  • Preferable to have experience of sales to or involving the new build market
  • Attitude that would support an above and beyond approach
